Dear all, yesterday I was at the "Leuchturm Ukraine - Helfermarkt München" in the name of " Ben hilft ...! "I was at "Leuchtturm Ukraine - Helfermarkt München" and answered the numerous participants' questions about animal husbandry in Munich. A good 1,200 visitors were present, impressive! It showed me that help is also needed in and around Munich.
Besides many topics I could answer, I also learned a lot about people's needs. So many questions came up:
- How can I register my dog in Munich?
- Where can I get medical help that I can afford?
- Are there city services for animals?
- Where can I find accommodation where dogs/cats are allowed?
- and many more...
This gives us food for thought. In addition to help on the ground in Ukraine, we also want to check what help we can offer here in the surrounding area. In the next few weeks, we will report to you what we have learned from this and what help we can offer in the future.
A big thank you goes to the many people who took up the offer of help (it was great that you were there), but also to Julia, who stood by me all day and translated.
